I have put together my own set of pictures of how I experienced the function. It was an experience worth remembering. The 6er's CB club deserve a medal for the wonderful show they put on. The one person I will never forget is Dr. McNasty. As the Funeral of the Mud Ducks procession cruised down the many streets of Tyler, Dr. McNasty would get his Long Nose Suburban into oncoming traffic and He was The Traffic Stopper! He got out of his vehicle and Stopped Traffic at every major intersection so the procession could proceed!
I never thought I would see the day when a procession of 250 or so vehicles, led by Undertaker himself, could go through a town without any help from local (legal) authorities. Of course we had our own local authority! Dr. McNasty himself! Hero of the Day!
McNasty and his club put on an awesome shootout and had awesome food! As this was the first Big Time shootout that I had ever been to, I had a lot to learn and a lot of memories to take home. I know what to expect now and will be prepared for Hot Springs Arkansas on July 4th!
Here
is my collection of pictures that I took. The names will not be
put to the pictures and all identifying marks have been removed
from these pictures. All to protect the innocent contestants!

The final photo is the last view of the Mud Duck Killing Grounds as we were leaving.
I find it hard to put into words just how awesome this event was. You could literally feel the RF in the air, Even though it was polluted with smoke from Mexico's Fires. Everyone was very friendly and we all just got along! That evening when we were all to sit down to a formal dinner, there were still 25 competitors waiting to compete.
The awards were givin out after dinner and between dances. Dr. Crow Antennas and gifts from the House of Beauty were givin away. There was a 50/50 raffle. The 6er's CB club gave everyone that registered a beautiful appreciation plaque with the date and place of the function engraved on it.
